In this project I wanted to design and build an elegant bed frame which would allow me to conserve space in my room. I also liked the illusion of the drawer set suspended in midair. The outer frame is made from 1x3 boards of maple and the drawer box is constructed using furniture grade plywood. The outer frame comes apart for easy transportation and the drawer set solved all my clothing storage needs.
